At Tunçmak Otomotiv, we are aware of our responsibilities towards society, our employees, business partners, and the environment while conducting our activities. In line with our corporate social responsibility principles, we adopt a fair, transparent, and ethical management approach. We prioritize respect for human rights, sustainable environmental policies, and social contribution in all our business processes.

 

Our company is committed to full compliance with the International Labour Organization (ILO) conventions and national labor laws. We protect the rights of our employees and provide fair working conditions. We adhere to ILO standards on issues such as freedom of association, the right to organize, fair wage policies, and occupational health and safety.

 

At Tunçmak Otomotiv, ensuring that our employees work in a safe, healthy, and equal environment is among our top priorities. We act in accordance with legal regulations on occupational health and safety and take all necessary measures to ensure the safety of our employees. We provide regular workplace safety training and continuously work on improvements to prevent workplace accidents. We conduct regular maintenance of equipment and make necessary preparations for emergencies to create a safe work environment.

 

Tunçmak Otomotiv considers adherence to business ethics and integrity as a fundamental principle. In line with ILO Conventions No. 29 and 105, we are against forced labor. We implement a zero-tolerance policy against bribery, corruption, unfair gains, and any unethical behavior. We expect our employees and business partners to act in accordance with these values.

 

As a company that respects unionization and employees' right to representation, we support our employees’ freedom of collective bargaining and organization. In accordance with ILO Conventions No. 87 and 98, we encourage employees to join unions and elect their representatives freely. We establish regular feedback mechanisms to ensure open and secure communication between employees and management.

 

Environmental sensitivity is one of Tunçmak Otomotiv’s core values. In our production processes, we adopt practices that minimize environmental impact, prioritize energy efficiency and recycling projects, and invest in eco-friendly technologies to support sustainable production policies. We operate in compliance with ISO 14001 Environmental Management System standards and encourage all our stakeholders to develop environmental awareness.

 

The adoption and implementation of corporate social responsibility principles within our company are the shared responsibilities of all our managers and employees. We establish secure reporting systems where employees can report ethical violations or situations contrary to social responsibility principles. We guarantee that employees or business partners who make such reports will not face retaliation.
